Ensembles

Joining one of Villanova’s music ensembles is an excellent way for aspiring and passionate musicians to gain experience with performing live on stage to a large audience.

While all ensembles can showcase their talents to the entire school during weekly performances, the best have a rare opportunity of taking part in national and international touring and competitions.

With more than 30 ensembles available, Villanova students enjoy a wide range of opportunities to best display their skills. Such performing groups include, but aren’t limited to:

Villanova College, in collaboration with Loreto College Coorparoo, also produces the biennial musical, which allows students to be involved in all aspects of stage performance. A Music Stage Crew also offers students training and experience in backstage and technical lighting, and sound recording and production.
