Villanova College’s enrolment procedures involve assessing the particular applicant’s needs, as well as establishing alignment between the beliefs and goals being promoted by the College and those of the applicants and their families.
Most enrolments at Villanova College occur in Year 5, with limited openings in Year 7. Although vacancies are sometimes available in other year levels, we recommend families contact our Enrolments Office as soon as possible, as these spaces quickly fill.

NB: Please note that Year 5/2020 Application Packages are due to be sent to those on the Enrolment Register by the end of June 2018.
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed and your son’s details will be placed on the College database.
Registration will only be accepted once your son has commenced Prep or Year 1.
Application for Enrolment
Enrolment Packages are sent out to families on the Prospective Enrolments Register two years prior to the year of commencement for places in Year 5 or Year 7. Parents of students not on the register can seek an application package by contacting our Enrolments Office.
The application package contains an application form, details of the application fee, reference pro forma, current fee schedule, privacy statement and a letter listing all documentation required. The application must be returned with all the required documentation, otherwise it cannot be processed.
All applicants are invited to attend an enrolment interview with their family and will be notified once all interviews have been conducted.
Enrolment Agreement and Confirmation of Enrolment
An Enrolment Agreement and Enrolment Acceptance Form are sent to successful applicants and must be returned to the College with the Confirmation of Enrolment fee.
