Register Your Interest

If you are seeking a place in 2026 or later, please ensure that you have formally expressed interest by placing your son’s name on the Enrolment Register. You will then be alerted once the enrolment process commences for your son’s prospective intake year (two years prior to the enrolment year). See steps below.

Step One

Place your son on the Enrolment Register
  • To register your interest in enrolling your son at Villanova College, please complete the Expression of Interest form.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed and your son’s details will be placed on the College database.
  • Registration will only be accepted once your son has commenced Prep or Year 1.
  • If you have missed the initial intake process for your son’s intake year, please proceed directly to Step 2 and submit an application as a matter of urgency.

Step Two

Submit an Enrolment Application

Interested families on the Prospective Enrolments Register are notified once the application period opens for a particular year group, usually two years prior to the year of commencement for places in Year 5 or Year 7. Parents of students not on the register can seek further information by contacting our Enrolments Office.

Applications are submitted online.

All applicants are invited to attend an enrolment interview with their family and will be notified once all interviews have been completed and applications reviewed.

Please note: If your son has additional Learning Support requirements it is important that you disclose all available information regarding his learning needs with your application.  As part of our enrolment application process the Learning Support Team will also be required to fully review your son’s application.  In many instances, they will seek further permission (via an EAP Consent Form) to contact your son’s current school and other learning support specialists. This process is critical to enable a full understanding of how we can best cater to your son’s specific learning needs, and ensure a match with the capacity of our Learning Support team. Developing a sense of partnership and transparency in this process is critical for success.

Step Three

Enrolment Agreement and Confirmation of Enrolment

Offer: The enrolment acceptance process is conducted online. As part of this process, the Enrolment Agreement is to be submitted to the College within the required timeframe with the Confirmation of Enrolment fee in order to secure his place. Please note that the Enrolment fee is a one-off payment, that is non-refundable. This fee is not credited towards tuition.  If an offer is unable to be confirmed by the due date, the enrolment offer will be withdrawn.

Non-offer: If we are unable to make an offer to your son, please notify the College if you would like your son to be placed on our waitlist (pending subsequent offers).  We would urge you to ensure you keep the College up to date with regard to your son’s application and submit any new reports or information that is relevant to your son’s learning.
