We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our dynamic team on a part-time 2 day per week basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English to non-native speakers and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.

You will be well supported by a collaborative team and will be working actively in the classroom utilising your strong pedagogical and behaviour management practices to support our students.

As the successful candidate you will have experience teaching ESL to students of varying proficiency levels and will be skilled in supporting students from diverse backgrounds, fostering an understanding of Australian culture and norms, ensuring all students feel welcome and at home in the Villanova community.

2024 Non-Teaching Opportunities

The Foundation Manager will play a crucial role in cultivating a strong philanthropic profile within the Villanova College community. By regularly attending College philanthropic events and functions, this role is essential in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with current and prospective donors, alumni, sponsors and support groups both within and outside the College.

The Foundation Manager is responsible for implementing a sustainable strategy to maximise future income potential and support for Foundation initiatives.  This includes managing current and prospective major gift donors and programs, fostering ongoing relationships within the broader community, and enhancing the College’s community profile.

The First XV Rugby Union Head Coach at Villanova College is responsible for leading all aspects of the preparation, coaching, development, and management of the First XV Rugby Union Team. The Head Coach will work closely with the Director of Sport, AIC Sport Coordinator, Director of Coaching and Assistant Coaches to develop the College Rugby Union programme. This role is integral to the College Sports Department and contributes significantly to the overall Rugby Union programme by establishing, maintaining, and modelling the Villanova vision and values for the First XV players.
