Villanova College considers an Augustinian approach to Pastoral Care integral to developing personal growth and constructive self-discipline in all students.

From years 5 to 12, we promote strong and supportive relationships between students and their teachers, parents and classmates. The focus is firmly on the Augustinian ideal of a tight-knit community where every member contributes in a positive manner.

Behaviour management falls under the Restorative Practices ideologies, which emphasise each community member’s responsibility in supporting others. We also provide a firm base and safe environment for students to grow personally, emotionally, socially and spiritually into respected men of tomorrow.
