Strategic planning is central to achieving the College’s vision as an Augustinian Catholic School for boys. Taking place under the direction and guidance of the College Board, it involves students, staff, parents and past students, as well as research into current educational developments.
2014-2018 Strategic Plan
Over the past two years, the College Board, with the support and assistance of the Principal and College Leadership Team, has been responsible for coordinating the development of the 2014-2018 Strategic Plan.
Input and feedback from students, staff, parents and old boys has helped establish a detailed strategy including goals to be achieved over the next five years.
Drawing on the Three Schools, One College vision, the previous plan realised the establishment of three distinct sub-school precincts: Tagaste Terraces (Junior School), Ostia Square (Middle School) and Cassiciacum Gardens (Senior School). The new plan builds on past accomplishments in setting challenging, yet achievable goals for the future.
In commissioning the plan during a College Mass celebrated on the Feast of St Monica (Wednesday, 27 August), Mr Peter Geraghty (Chair, College Council) invited all educators in the College community – staff, parents and old boys – to embrace the vision and aims of the 2014-2018 Strategic Plan in service of our students.
