The Philanthropic Arm of The College

The Terry Hendle Bursary is a managed trust and registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. The Bursary was established by the Class of 1964 and the Villanova Old Boys Association Inc. in memory of former student Terry Hendle who lost his life serving our country during the Vietnam war. The Terry Hendle Bursary is made possible solely through donations and fundraising efforts, as such the availability of each Bursary is dependent on the funds raised. The bursary does not provide funds for extracurricular or other school related expenses. The names of families/ students in receipt of the bursary are kept strictly confidential.

The Terry Hendle Bursary provides eligible students with school tuition fee support. The bursary is based on financial need and is subject to annual review. Applications should be submitted prior to commencing at Villanova College. Should the application progress, financial disclosure information will be required.
