We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal to join our College administration team.
This full-time term-time role (working during school terms, plus 5 additional weeks across the year to support College operations before and after term) offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the smooth operation of the College and supporting important student wellbeing processes.
Commencing Term 2, 2026, the successful candidate will play a key role in executive support, policy administration and coordination of key College workflows within a collaborative and professional school environment.
Successful applicants will be required to meet the minimum requirements to be eligible to apply or possess a current Blue Card and will be required to complete Child Protection training in line with College policy.
