Physical strength and conditioning is essential in preparing athletes for competitive sports and ensuring their safety on the track, field, court or in the pool.

However, the benefits of being physically active far outweigh success in sporting endeavours. The College’s Villa-Fit program is available to all students from Year 5 to Year 12. Its main goal is to improve your son’s strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, health and overall confidence.

Registration forms can be collected from the Sports Office or downloaded from the links below. Please have your son return the registration forms to the Sports Office.

 

Junior Villa-Fit

  • Students in years 5 and 6
  • Cost: $?  per term (payment can be made in person at the Sports Office)
  • Training times: Fridays from 3:15pm to 4pm
  • Towels must be used at the Gym

Program and registration:

Semester 2 / Term 3 Villa-Fit is undergoing a new structure, once finalised parents ans students will be advised.

Villa-Fit

  • Students in years 7 to 12
  • Cost: $?  per term (payment via Flexischools only)
  • Training times: Monday to Friday from 7am to 8am and  Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
  • Term 4 – Morning Session will be held outside.
  • Towels must be used at the Gym
