As parents of students at the school we are now part of the ‘Villanova
Community’,
At the heart of the community is a vision of the Christian life which focuses
on relationships and a belief that it is in loving each other, we love God.

Through the Augustinian traditions of mutual support and love
of learning and in collaboration with Fr Mike and his team, our goal as parents
is laid out before us. It requires us to be supportive and involved partners in
the challenging task of helping create at the College the kind of Christian
community we want to be.
I have witnessed first hand the diversity of the parent
community at work in the College. Just as the College caters for boys who
can choose various curricular pathways, the Parent body, the P & F, has
evolved over the years to mirror the paths that our sons take as they make
their way through Villanova. The P & F therefore offers a multitude of
possibilities for parents to become involved in the good fun and good work
of maintaining and improving the community life of the College. Your
participation in one of the following P & F groups offers you the
opportunity to work alongside like-minded parents who share similar
interests in their sons’ education.
• The P&F Association (second Monday of the month)
• The Year level co-ordinators.
• Tuck shop.
• Second hand cloth shop.
• Sports committee ( first Thursday of the month)
• Music committee ( second or Third Monday of the month)
To assist the College and bring purpose to our activities, we will be supporting
key projects set out in the new Strategic Plan and College Master Plan.
