ROCK LANDFORMS of Australia and New Zealand  Web Site is primarily intended for use by Australian and New Zealand students of Yr 9-10 geography.  It could also prove useful for Yr 9-10 science students, and portions could be adapted for use by geography and science students in Yrs 7-8 and 11-12
This home page is not intended for technical or post-secondary use. Members of the general public may find the site adds to their understanding of landforms and landscapes. This site emphasises landforms developed on 'hard' materials (i.e. rock landforms), thereby not covering some areas of geomorphology (e.g. features on 'soft' materials, such as sand).

Please note that there may be differing interpretations of the causes and development of some landform features. There also may be discussion on the allocation of certain content to the domains of geomorphology or geology.
